Becoming Catholic

For those students who desire to enter life in Christ in his Catholic Church, Catholic Campus Ministry offers the path of the Church toward the Sacraments of Initiation—Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist—which lay the foundations of every Christian life, bringing us into communion with the Body of Christ, which is the Church.

Through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA), those who wish to become Catholic, those who have been baptized in another Christian denomination and now wish to be in Full Communion with the Catholic Church, and those who have been Baptized Catholic but have not received either First Eucharist or Confirmation, participate in a preparation process that is intertwined with the life of the community.

RCIA is offered to any student interested in receiving the Sacraments of the Catholic Church. If you are interested in learning more about becoming Catholic, or a Baptized Catholic who would like to receive the Eucharist and Confirmation, please contact Fr. Peter.
